Enjuto Mojamuto already uses Ubuntu

For whom do not know, Enjuto Mojamuto is a character created for the programme boy Nui (formerly "The Time Chanante"). This character is always in stories with your computer. Well, in this chapter Enjuto already used Ubuntu and not afraid of any virus is a frikada… but I had grace and called my attention after the hangover Ubuntu Hardy Heron.

Codename: SpaceQuest
Me and my good friend Tomas Zhang are currently developing a DS homebrew game derived from the simple but addictive Palm game Space Trader. For all of you n00bs out there, Space Trader is a game where you go around a universe to several systems trading commodities in order to get money to buy a moon where you can retire. GASP!
Space Trader also gives you the ability to turn pirate and gain money by attacking helpless ships and plundering their cargo. Although this is a much simpler way of gaining money, it will also put the local police against you and you'll have to kill them as well in order to get them to stop bugging you. It is also illegal to carry certain kinds of materials such as firearms and drugs, and carrying them will raise your criminal record. Police will also want to search your cargo holds from time to time to see if your cargo is legal.
SpaceQuest DS (if you have a better name, drop me a mail) will be a port of Space Trader on the DS. Some features may include:
- Stat screens (commander status, ship inventory) on the top screen and input screens (warp chart and ship yard) will be on the bottom touch screen. This lets you have two screens open at a time.
- Ammunition for weapons.
- Different weapons (laser, missile, mass driver) and modules for engines and shields etc.
- Two or three game modes.
- Technology research: you can put funding in some research to speed up the research time for certain technologies. Say you wanted the Engine Boost tech. You can fund the Engine Boost tech to get it to finish sooner. Furthermore, certain technologies will not be developed until a certain point in time
- Realtime map: you can pilot your ship around in real time in a 2D map (3D will be much too complex, maybe in a sequel ). Other ships pulse in different colors to signal their intentions (police pulse blue if they want you to stop for them or enemy ships flash white to signal surrender).
- Trading and communicating with a different race. This way, you can gain exotic commodities that sell for MILLIONS!
- Clans. The power of your clan will gain you respect and will cause some pirates and police to fear you. Of course, this costs money.
These are just a few features that will be included in the game. If you are interested in helping out in the development, send a resume-type-thing to me. Everyone is welcome!
Disclamer: this is completely non-profit. I hope you're not discouraged now

Access Administrator Pro 4.82

Access Administrator Pro is intended for controlling access to files and folders situated on local media of Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP at Windows kernel level. It enables you to deny access to certain files and folders, or to hide them securely from viewing and searching. An easy-to-use user interface gives you a lot of abilities to allocate access to your files and folders between your users according to predefined schedules. It means that each user has his own list of allowed and disallowed files and folders within certain time periods. The program does not modify your media: in protecting your files, it just uses a high-reliability VXD driver working at Windows kernel level. This guarantees that Access Administrator Pro will never lose your data
